Kindness

The Kindness of Interaction

In each interaction, there is an exchange of energies. In exchanging energies, there is also, in speaking and communicating, an exchange of realities. There is also an agreed upon or common manufacture of perspective that is then viewed or experienced subjectively.

I talk of the energy experience now that is felt as emotions stemming from the solar plexus in most. In every interaction, there is always an exchange of emotion. When one is listening, one is giving, and when one is talking and being listened to, one is receiving,

Any interaction wherein the participants are liking each other has a positive result. Energies converge and produce synergy, where an open exchange of energy creates more for both. When there is a negative exchange, for example if you have a negative perception of the speaker, or if the content of what he is saying, or the delivery strikes you negatively, then there is a finite interaction. Energy comes from the listener, going to the speaker. If the listener shows disdain, or ignores the speaker, the speaker will feel the difficulty of speaking. Words will not flow as easily and will require more of his energy to carry on.

There are many ways to induce a particularly negative interaction. Here are common examples:

  1. Listener judges negatively
  2. Listener ignores
  3. Speaker speaks in anger or hostility
  4. Speaker correcting or belittling in content (by what they say)
  5. Speaker asserting His or Her superiority (directly or indirectly harming the other’s personal view)
  6. Speaker seeking pity (There is a point of healing where insight comes to the interaction on how things should be solved. If this point is passed and not expressed, the speaker is just conducting a personal drama in order to get energy from the listeners. Sadness, anger, and other emotions are not made to be long and arduous, but rather, just guideposts in how you feel and what to avoid or stop.)
  7. Speaker ignoring feedback from listener

Most people will use what they feed their ego to control the situation. Some do it by establishing themselves as leaders of the clique and alienating others, some do it by being smart, rich, powerful or whatever they use to gain power. It is not their being powerful that draws energy negatively, but it is their not giving attention to others, thereby stopping the flow of energy or interaction.

In all these cases, there is a mild form of violence. I say this not so that we may be overly easy to take offense, but rather, so that we can consciously direct interactions toward a more positive bent.

They become the “center of attention” but more correctly, the “black hole” that sucks out energy from others. Some retaliate by ignoring also, or being angry and giving hurtful statements, and the cycle of negativity occurs, each entity trying to one up the other. In today’s society, this interaction is acceptable except in the company of friends, but this is temporary.

The eventual destiny is that every interaction is positive. Every person is a friend. Always, there will be things in common and different from one another, but there is in all of us, a core respect that must be acknowledged.

The conditions of positive interaction are:

  1. Open respect for (at the least) and love for all present
  2. Open minded learning from a perspective where all perspectives are to be listened to and evaluated free of personal prejudice and for its own content’s sake
  3. Speaking for the listener, wherein your objective is to relate to the listener in a way that the listener will see and understand your perspective better

Simply put, any interaction where you hold yourself and everyone there in high esteem should work properly because there is common respect, that is the very least of love that we owe other children of God and co-creators of reality.

Knowing that we are all filled with the love of God allows us to transcend the visceral need to seek power in interactions.

Jesus says, when you leave offerings in the temple, leave it there, and be at peace with your brother first.

This means however, that you relinquish the need to satisfy your ego in every interaction. Your cup is full and overflowing with the love of God, that is why you have no need to take from others what little they have. That is why you can be free to share your love in each interaction.
True spirituality is kindness in action. One beautiful form of true prayer is the words you utter to your fellow men. Let your spirit shine in love for God in all that you do, and to all that you meet.

HARD ENCOUNTERS

When one encounters a recalcitrant soul who is angry, very sad or very disturbed, one can help them by first stopping them from needing so much energy by letting them know they are respected and loved. Imagine the following scenarios:

Guy 1 “ Why did you do that? You are a %*% …”

Inspired “I understand you are mad because it went out of our control. I am sorry for ____. Lets try to work out a solution”

Guy 1” what can we do now when you already messed it up..”

Inspired, “ You’re right, there isn’t much to do, but there is still a little we can try. I want you to feel how much I want to make it right..”

Guy1 “ well.. okay. So do this and this…

Inspired, ” Thanks. I’ll do that.”

There is no interaction that cannot be made perfect with love. Love soothes all hurts, it embraces all needs and satisfies us. One who bears love in all interactions is blessed and is a blessing.

This is not a giftedness of one, but a way of life, should you choose it.

Sometimes, spirituality comes from action, like just being courageous enough to smile. Sometimes it stems from changing one simple belief: that we are all equally blessed, equally loved, equally participating in this life. Wherever it may begin for you, nurture it, and let it grow into all the facets of your life.

Reality

Reality

As we have previously established, when a man creates a thought, it goes to the realm of thoughts. From there it manifests into reality. Each person has this power. Each person interacts, affects and is affected by others, as well as the realities that others have created.

Space allows all things to exist in a singular place, and as time guides each manifestation in a singular moment of being, or perhaps, as man’s consciousness as singular, also perceives time space as a singular moment we call “now”, reality in the consciousness of man is sifted into one moment, progressing over time. Here, in man’s reality, the effects of the past thoughts are felt in the present, and the effects of future thoughts will eventually come about.

I use an analogy of a fan or propeller while in motion. It is actually for example, for legs rotating around an axis but because it happens so quickly, it is perceived as a flowing, changing circle. The legs of the propeller do not become evident to the perceiver unless it stops.

In the same light, the process of creation at every moment is a system wherein a man’s thought goes up to the intellectual realm, and comes back down. Time, space, and consciousness flow quickly to make it appear as if our lives are a linear progression: a white circle instead of 4 propellers whirling around a center.

In fact every next moment is determined by us. In fact it may take time to manifest our thoughts because the universe works as a system where all things are fully and completely integrated. We glimpse this integration when all the elements work out to our best advantage so much that people call it luck or coincidence. In fact the same system goes unnoticed, working on every facet of our life and the universe.

A person’s reality is determined by his belief on how reality operates for example, “It is a mean world..”, their belief on their place in reality “I am royalty, or I am nothing”, and the energy that he or she creates consistently such as being productive, abusive, loving, or indifferent. I will call this his personal energy for easy reference.

Whether a person is aware of it or not, this is how the universe determines his place, his accomplishment, his environment, the people who come into his life and everything external. These external things will tend to confirm the beliefs of the person’s personal energy.

When a man is aware of His true nature as divine, and a child of God, when he knows that the universe is a single loving, and majestic system, and that his place in it is a little personal creator, then he is ultimately living in truth.

When man comes into deep spirituality and truth, he automatically gains a greater love for all things. This is the love of God inside all of us.

The love that we feel on this realm is a lower field of the true essence of love, which is God. However, this love is the closest thing to Him. If we resonate with love, for all things, for all circumstances, for all people, we resonate with the highest God in heaven.

This is why Jesus first commandment was to love God above all else and love our neighbor as ourselves. Love opens the dimensions of reality. Also, when we love, we come to the divine creative energy that nullifies all negative circumstances. When we love, we resonate with the power of creation, that is good, and true and just.

More concretely, if someone is fighting you, and you love them, they are eventually broken into loving you back or at the very least, letting you be. The power of love is so great. It also flows with generosity.

To make it more complex, each influence of choice or words from someone else will come and influence our perception, and thus, change our thoughts. Then, a new creation is born. This happens continuously and effortlessly. Each person influences the other.

The metaphor of the propeller of reality is actually one that changes in every second that a leg passes. The air that the legs pass through forever changing and adjusting to new creation, driving the propeller to a certain way. The air is like other people’s choices and effects on our lives, that shift our thoughts. Together, the shared reality of the propeller is pushed one way or the other.

Each person is a captain and controller, each person is also affected by the other. Because of this collective system, moving across time, man’s evolution has had to be one that is collectively accomplished.

True Prayer

PRAYER

In the bible, Jesus repeatedly says that all things you ask will be given to you. God truly loves us, Jesus says, and if even evil men give their children good gifts, what more the God in heaven to us? More directly, he says, ask and you shall receive.

The Our father broken down is as follows:

“Our father who art in heaven”

We claim kinship and unity with the one God, one creator, omnipotent and omnipresent as our father. This kinship is bestowed to us by Jesus Christ.  He is in heaven, which is the highest of all dimensions, where eternity is, where there is full love and complete intricacy is rejoiced and manifest in resounding knowledge and fullness. Fullness is the opposite of oblivion, where all things are.

“Holy be thy name”

This deity comes down to this lower realm by virtue of His name, which when we venerate, or express by means of our speech and thought, we call upon.  When we praise Him and his name, we open the energy that is between us and God, because as we give energy and attention to His name, He in turn gives energy and attention to us, as is the law of the universe.

“Thy Will Be done”

This expresses our letting go of our ego and desires that are fueled by the earthly planes ( this is also known as historicity or the conglomeration of experience, dna and decisions that we have accumulated in our personality)

“On earth as it is in Heaven”

For truly, what we seek is to have every human being manifesting the love of God so perfectly that we are able to bring about Heaven on earth. Also, in heaven, manifestation is instantaneous as the ether of intellect and the ether where beings exist or vibrate on are closely melded or at the same energy. We seek to think and feel in higher frequencies so as to be able to let energies flow as easily as is in heaven.

“Give us this day our daily bread”

This is to say that we are free from our worries of provisions. Divine providence is what supports our daily needs. We ask only for our daily bread which connotes a certain freedom from material possessions in that we seek only that which shall sustain us in optimal health. We do not pray for excess, because any excess would bind us to the world. As man, we are both earthly and divine, and must make a conscious choice to express our divinity in our present evolutionary level.

“Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who sin against us”

Truly, forgiving is loving in its highest form. To love the loveable is easy. To sacrifice for a friend is harder, but to forgive is to love even your enemy, to such extent that in your enemy, you see not just your friend, or your brother, but God, in His entirety. Forgiving is recognizing that you yourself contain this divinity, and that whatever has happened to make you feel a certain loss, it is passing. Your divinity remains full, blossoming and completely capable of overcoming it.

When you forgive others, you practice a perfection and nobility that only comes from loving. This divine love, when given to others, is like an energy that your soul radiates. As you radiate with this love energy, you are more able to communicate with God.

That is also why desolation and sadness hinder us from communicating and feeling God’s loving kindness. When this happens, it doesn’t mean that God is not around, but it means that our mental sphere is not in tune with God’s. All it takes is a decision to stop the negative emotion, and to breathe.

The breath is the abundance of God’s majestic love for us. Just breathe and know the deep peace of being loved.

“Do not bring us to the test”

We pray that we are not alive during the final days.

“Deliver us from evil”

We pray that the ignorance that binds us, and the state of sinfulness that the world is in should end. We pray that fallen angels stay away from us that we may be kept safe by God.

“For Thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory forever and ever”

Affirms the sovereignty of God, that we re-create from our realm and belief that the God we pray to is that which is most powerful and lives in the realm of eternity or is timeless.

“Amen”

We affirm it to be so with our whole heart, body, mind and soul. We thank God for listening and manifesting our prayer now.

prayer for manifestation

Prayer for Manifestation

One does not need to “deserve” anything that one desires. Like the judge in the parable who gives the woman what she asks of him, a prayer when done correctly will create results.

We always pray and create and commune with the divine, even when we are not completely aware because the divine is within us.

When we are aware, we can fully utilize prayer to benefit ourselves and others.

DESIRE – The strength of your desire is what fuels a prayer’s manifestation.

CLARITY – We always get what we pray for. How clearly we can envision our prayer is how it will be manifested. If you pray to live in a house in the suburbs, you may get it, however it might be that you are the house helper in it. We can be as specific as we want when we pray. We can envision the color of our sofas, and the amount of cash we make. Whatever we desire can be ours. However, we are guided to seek the Kingdom of God first. This means that we must take care of our souls first and foremost before the desires of earthly things. A desire for earthly glory, money or power will just lead to dissatisfaction without the deep communion with God. However, if one has a deep communion with God, all else comes easily. All prayers are answered. All living becomes a joy.

BREVITY – All prayer needs only exist but one moment. Heaven and the realm of creation exist outside time, so it makes not any difference if you pray for one second or for ten hours. However, if you need ten hours to strengthen your conviction to form that one moment of pure truth, then so be it.

WHOLENESS– In order to manifest what you truly desire, you must wholeheartedly desire it with your body, mind and soul. You must believe that it is possible. You must believe that you deserve it. You must want it. You must thank God for it. There should be no doubt, no failing, no ifs or buts. Your entire conscious and subconscious must be in agreement that you are getting what you desire at that very moment.

FAITH – Pure faith in the love of God and the Lord Jesus, in the order of the universe and the munificence of creation that your heart’s desire has a place to become true in this world just as you believe is what is necessary to make your prayers come true.

IN THE NAME OF JESUS – All things asked in His name are given. As a caveat, thou shall not use the name of God in Vain, or for your own self interest. Ask to be rich to be able to give generously, to be filled with love so that you may love others, to be freed from doubt so that you may do His will. The person whose heart is set in pleasing only themselves will create a selfish universal reflection unto himself. Though he may get what he asked for, his selfishness will create a sort of entropy that will increase in time. Selfishness is its own self undoing, because in seeking your self gratification, you lose meaning and purpose. Man was made divine, and as divine, he or she cannot be satisfied living for himself or herself. The higher we ascend, the more we will realize and feel the oneness of all things, and that giving allows us to expand our energy to everything. Love creates greatness of soul, and freedom from anxiety.

We ask through Jesus because it is only through him that we receive the father’s eternal grace.

GRATITUDE – Always a thankful heart is open to the blessings from heaven.

LETTING GO – This is an act of expectancy. We stop thinking about that which we desire because we have faith that it has been done. When we are able to let it go, and to give it up to God, we let the universe respond to our desires.

Pray for others.

The highest prayer:

Offer even each act of everyday as a prayer in motion. When one is filled to overflowing with love for God or for others,  one will feel an urge to offer everything for the glory of God. Suddenly the worries that used to haunt you have silenced themselves. Only a joy that comforts abides in you. Each moment of work is glory. Each discomfort is justified. Life that is given to God is prayer.

Then each moment is a sowing and a reaping of fruits. Each moment is the cause for celebration. Be still and know the glory within you. Dance and rejoice for the life that we have been given. Let your words be songs of peace and joy, and your actions be rivulets of God’s eternal embrace. Let your throughts be sanctified by the Holy Spirit, and walk in the light all your days! Then it is you who becomes the prayer. You then become the celebration of God’s Kingdom on earth.
